I was using Firefox for a time until Flash stopped working. Then I went back to Opera, which I had used during my days as a Windows user. Flash just seems to work in Opera. I do still occasionally use Firefox, depending on which machine I'm on (I have two that I use regularly), so perhaps there should have been an option for both Firefox and Opera together.
On the other hand, I am finding Opera to be faster that Firefox, so I may not be using both for long.

I too, use Firefox -and- Opera. Only use IE7 when I'm stuck maintaining 'LoseXP' (yukkk!) and must waste time watching WinUpdt crash with it's ever-cryptic 'error du jour'. Trying to solve issues in M$ is -most- frustrating. You'd think with all their $$ and resources, M$ would release a 'self-healing' OS.
Transitioning to Lx as "I'm sick of the circles!" (said in a commercial years ago, re: long-distance 'calling circles'; accurately captures my feelings). Plus, I prefer an OS to 'operate', NOT lock me out of my computer and data, while allowing access to *everyone* else, and to NOT cannibalize itself at every third boot! Enough M$ rant... Lx 'just works'; although I'm still figuring out how to do things, it has -never- crashed on me!
Firefox is always my default browser as pages/forms display & operate reliably (provided I don't zoom - Ctl-'+'). I -do- love the speed of Opera, and it's 'zoom' works MUCH better (with easier access) than either FF or IE. Getting on in years, zoom and larger fonts have become a necessity. (grin) Don't know why, but in Opera, Yahoo Address book 'auto-fill' doesn't function properly when composing email (could this be ActiveX)?
I also like the smallish 'knocked-down' version of FF in dsl (dillo?), particularly the extremely compact 'toolbar, menubar, addressbar -combo' which doesn't eat up a ton of screen. It's quite handy for quick online lookups, as well as local file system navigation. Since my dsl installation is running on an OLD Toshiba notebook (Tecra 550CDT) with a 12" plasma, I do a LOT of squinting! I plan to use that system for 'headless-capable' tasks (syslog, etc?), once I get it properly configured and stabilized.
More informative and useful results might result from multiple choices, maybe adding 'percent usage' and 'favorite feature' fields, My entry would then be as follows:
1. Firefox - 72% - web compatibility
2. Opera - 24% - Super fast, w/one key zoom
3. dillo - 2% - uncluttered interface (not enough time to play w/dsl!)
4. IE7 - 2% - loads fast (well... before it crashes!)
Hope this helps,

Firefox. I know Opera is technically the better browser, but I really don't like to use proprietary software for major stuff.
(On Gnome I use Epiphany, though, and on KDE I use Konqueror, which is awesome. I can't wait until Epiphany goes Webkit.)
