Hello friends,
as mentioned in the title we have new versions of gimp (2.4.6) and f-spot (0.44) in the repos. As you know, gimp is the universal prog for modifying pictures and f-spot is for organizing large number of digicam-photos. Feel free to test it.
Hello Yogibaer!
I updated gimp from 2.4.3 to 2.4.6 and have problem. Its not loaded. System is SAM2007.
$ gimp
gimp: symbol lookup error: gimp: undefined symbol: g_dpgettext

Its the same problem i updated claws-mail http://sam.hipsurfer.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=271
I returned my old gimp to 2.4.3 from apt/archive using rpm -install manually.
How can I do this (reinstall to older version) from synaptic? Tell me, please.
Thanks.
If you have the old version force synaptic to install it over the newer one. I will contact Onkel Ho if he knows a solution for that problem. I keep you posted on the result.
