IS there a document/page somewhere that lists the differences between the cd ISO image and the dvd Gamers ISO image? From the difference in filesize I'd guess that there is a lot more on the DVD, but what exactly?

The gamer is a edition for gaming, (as the name says) and is based on the 2007er edition. As I have written in the other post, use 2008.
